We know this isn't the healthiest recipe we are posting on this blog - but we just couldn't help to share this delicious Dalgona coffee recipe with you.
Dalgona coffee should come with a 'drink with moderation' warning - it's too smooth and delicious. And if you are looking for a beautiful coffee to post on your social media this is the one!
Feel free to drink this coffee hot or iced and to choose your favourite milk to go with it.
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp cold water
Your favourite milk
Ice
- In a bowl, combine sugar, coffee and water and using a hand mixer whisk the mixture until holds its fluffy shape.
- Fill 2/3 of a glass with ice and milk, then place the whipped coffee mixture on top, mixing before drinking, if desired.
