    Returns & Exchanges – Luxey Cup

    We want you to absolutely love your Luxey! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


    Change of Mind Returns  
    We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

    - Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition 
    - All parts (glass, silicone, lids, etc.) must be included  
    - Original packaging is preferred but not required

    To start a return, please email us at care@luxeycup.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

    Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


    Exchanges
    Want a different size or colour? No worries!  
    We offer exchanges within 30 days for unused items. Simply contact us at care@luxeycup.com and we’ll guide you through the process.


    Damaged or Faulty Items
    We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it—no fuss.

    Please email us at care@luxeycup.com with:

    - Your order number  
    - A description of the issue  
    - Clear photos of the product and any packaging damage

    We’ll assess the issue and get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.


    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method (minus shipping, if applicable). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.


    Non-Returnable Items 
    Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    - Used products  
    - Gift cards  
    - Custom or limited edition items (unless faulty)
