The LUXEY mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by LUXEY GROUP (“LUXEY”, “we”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may update or discontinue the Service—or any of its features—at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect will mean you accept those changes.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By subscribing to LUXEY’s SMS/text message service, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of LUXEY at the mobile number you provided. This includes:
- Order updates & delivery notifications
- Account alerts
- Promotions, product launches, and marketing offers (e.g. cart reminders)
Messages may be sent using automated technology, and message frequency may vary.
You understand that:
- Signing up is completely voluntary
- Consent is not required to make a purchase
- You can opt out at any time
2. Charges & Fees
We do not charge you for the Service, but message and data rates may apply.
Please check with your mobile provider for details specific to your plan. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with text messaging.
3. How to Opt Out
You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time by:
- Texting STOP to LUXEYCUP
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any SMS (where applicable)
You’ll receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us unless you resubscribe.
If you're subscribed to other Luxey messaging programs, you’ll need to opt out of those separately.

5. Short Code & Number Changes
We may change the short code or phone number used to operate the Service. If this happens, we’ll let you know. Please note that messages sent to old numbers may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made to discontinued numbers.
6. Delivery & Reliability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid, up-to-date mobile number. If your number changes, you’ll need to resubscribe using the new number.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LUXEY is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, errors in content, or actions taken based on the information provided via SMS.
