A few weeks ago you sent us questions on Luxey's Instagram for Andy to respond and they were great. We really loved his answers to your questions and we hope you love and have fun reading them as much as we did!
It works well because our offices are separated and our jobs are very defined. I give Sandra-Lea huge respect for her role and I try to never interfere with her decisions. We try our best to separate home and work but this is always a challenge. Both of these would be harder if she wasn't my best friend.
There's always a challenge when we have different ideas. We both give each other time and hear each other out before we make any decisions. If we are unsure of something we always say "let it marinate". We always try and remember it is not a rush, let's get it right.
I don't really know. I do my best through the week but it's difficult to turn off. We do watch movies in the evening - that's our time together. On the weekend we try very hard not to work at all. Sometimes we simply don't have a choice and we have to - that's not very often though.
