Okay, let’s chat about our ETA!

Now before I start don’t get too excited yet, we still have a few more steps to complete before you’re sipping lattes out of your Luxey Cups. 

Currently, we’re waiting for the glass cups to be finished (check this video out on our Manufacturing highlight on Instagram) and the "pretty" packaging boxes to arrive at the factory so then, all pieces can be assembled. ⠀

Then, our shipping container is packed, ready for departure. This window of time is still unknown however we estimate up to another 10-14 days. ⠀

Now, we’ve been told it takes 20 days on the water however they say to allow 30 for bad weather! So, pray for calm seas. ⠀

Then into Australia. So, we’ve hired customs brokers and the sorts to ensure our entry in the country is smooth.⠀

Which then it’s only a matter of hours (literally) that the cups will be in our hands here on the Sunshine Coast.

We then, on our new packing table we'll print your address labels, tape them up and have them in a courier van as soon as possible.⠀

Considering all the above is smooth sailing we hope to have cups out by mid-May! Don't take this as confirm, dates are all still estimated.
